Know Before You Apply

  1. Applicants only need to complete the full online application once, and after this only updates to information will be necessary. To update information, simply log-in to the Indiana Wesleyan University applicant system and select the appropriate field to update the information that has changed.
  2. Vacancies are posted on the website as they are received.
  3. Before submitting an application for an existing position, please review the minimum qualifications on the job description, if available, to ensure the position is an appropriate match. You can apply for more than one position.

Search Job Openings

  1. To start the application process, click "Search Job Openings". Then select a job that interests you. Click the "Apply Now" button. You will need to create a profile with your active email address
  2. Once your profile has been created, you can apply for positions
  3. Applications will be reviewed by the Human Resources department
  4. If the qualifications are met, then the application will be forwarded to the hiring department
  5. If selected for an interview, the hiring manager will contact by email
  6. Upon the final decision of the hiring manager, an offer of employment is extended by the Human Resources department

IWU Safety Policies and Crime Reporting

As provided by the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998, prospective employees of Indiana Wesleyan University are entitled to request and receive a copy of the IWU Security Report. The IWU Security Report can be accessed at http://www.indwes.edu/safety. This report includes crime statistics on certain reportable crimes, as well as IWU Safety Policies. The Policies cover alcohol and drug use, crime reporting and prevention, sexual assault, and other related matters.
