Generous Transfer Policy
Our generous transfer policy means that eligible students may be able to enter a program at IWU in advanced standing, shortening their time to degree completion and saving them money on their education. IWU’s partnerships with other institutions also provide pathways to bachelor’s degree completion, resulting in an easier transition to IWU.

Meet the DeVoe FacultyDr. Andy J. Hughes, DBA
Dr. Hughes comes to Indiana Wesleyan from AAA Hoosier Motor Club where he has served as the Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President of Automotive/Member Experience. Dr. Hughes holds a DBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and was a member of our first graduating class of DBA students. He holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University and a BS in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global. Dr. Hughes is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene, where he has served churches in Texas, Kentucky, and Indiana. He currently serves the Indianapolis District of the Nazarene Church as a strategy consultant. Dr. Hughes and his wife Becky have two adult children and reside in Westfield, IN.
