Faculty Profile
Originally from New Castle, Pennsylvania, Charlotte came to Marion, Indiana, after high school to attend college at Indiana Wesleyan University. Upon her 1993 graduation with a bachelor's degree, she worked at Marion General Hospital in the Emergency Department, Critical Care, and telemetry. For the last decade, she has been the Clinic Nurse Manager at Bridges to Health. She went on to earn her master's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2013, which led to her current role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
As part of the faculty at IWU for 11 years as adjunct instructor, Charlotte became full-time faculty in Fall 2015. Her passion for working with patients has translated to a passion for working with her students. She has learned through her personal and professional journey that you may not always know which path the Lord will lead you to, but it is always the right one!
Charlotte lives in Marion with her husband, who is also involved in the nursing community as a nurse manager. She has two children, Hannah and Caleb.
