He also has experience as a small business owner-operator and entrepreneur. Dutch is known as a results-oriented change agent with a reputation for strategic thinking, dynamic leadership, and outstanding communication skills. He has demonstrated proficiency in problem solving, negotiations, statistics, finance, writing, and market analysis.
