Faculty Profile
Kathy has been a nurse for over 20 years. She has practiced in many different settings as a nurse practitioner, including neurology, wound care, primary care, occupational health, urgent care, and geriatrics.
Kathy began teaching at Indiana Wesleyan University as an adjunct professor in 2017 and joined as a full-time assistant professor in 2020.
She has intercultural experience related to China and Chinese culture. Kathy now resides in Indiana with her husband and five children. Her interests are trauma-informed care, HIV, and intercultural studies.
