Rev. Dr. Lakeya Nichelle Stewart loves people! She has been engaged in ministry since 2007. Her experience includes serving in various pastoral roles on church staff, and as chaplain in several settings including: hospital, hospice, nursing home. Her ministry has led her to serve in various capacities including living abroad in Brussels, Belgium where she served as Youth Pastor at the International Church of Brussels. Lakeya’s dissertation and research interest include: spiritual abuse, toxic leadership, church hurt and an examination of healthy church leadership. Lakeya joined staff at Indiana Wesleyan’s School of Theology and Ministry as Assistant Professor of Pastoral Counseling in Fall 2020.
