Missy Snyder

Dr. Missy Snyder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups in community mental health. Along with teaching, she has also been serving as a therapist for children, adolescents, and adults at a private practice for the past five years. Missy is very interested in international social work and serves on the board of directors for an organization providing medical services and education for children in Haiti. 

In 2017, Dr. Cruz was certified as a candidate for ordained ministry by the Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church. In the same year, she presented a widely acclaimed paper at the Wesleyan Theological Society Annual Conference titled, "Methodists, Millennials, and the Means of Grace.”
