Patricia Johnson

Dr. Johnson is an associate professor of leadership studies in the Division of Leadership and Followership Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University. She served as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar (2012-2013), in Uganda, East Africa. Dr. Johnson has over twenty years of teaching experience on the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels in subject matter areas that include organizational and personal leadership, management, spiritual formation and related subjects. Dr. Johnson's teaching expertise is informed by senior level leadership positions she has held in academia, government, international organizations, and full-time church ministry.

INTERESTS

Dr. Johnson's research interests focus on the nexus of leadership, faith, culture, and human flourishing.
