Lynn Priest is an Assistant Professor of Reading Instruction in the Division of Teacher Education. She comes to Indiana Wesleyan after teaching 25 years in Special Education with extensive experience in K-3. 

Lynn earned her undergraduate degree from Manchester University and her master’s in special education from Ball State University.

In addition, she has served as a Pastor's wife/church planter for 12 years alongside her husband and two sons. She is passionate about early literacy and strengthening the struggling reader. Lynn desires to encourage pre-service teachers to follow their God-given callings, be servant leaders in the classroom, advocate for the needs of those who are marginalized, and shine forth God's light wherever they go.
