Dr. Penelope Callaway serves Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Division of Nursing in the School of Integrated Health. She has taught at IWU for 10 years and is also a family nurse practitioner. Her additional clinical background includes over 25 years of healthcare experience in areas that include long-term care, psychiatric care, intensive care, outpatient surgery, case management, quality management, and nursing education. Dr. Callaway has authored, edited, and published works in the fields of NCLEX preparation, laboratory resources, and integrative healthcare. She researches and speaks professionally about collaboration in professional learning communities, healthcare access, and integrative healthcare.
