Dr. Fromer is an Associate Professor in Indiana Wesleyan University's Post-Licensure Nursing program. She has been a nurse for over thirty years and brings a wealth of professional experience to her students. Most of her work has been in home health care and hospice care. She has been an educator for ten years teaching both in pre-licensure and post-licensure nursing. Dr. Fromer also holds a certification from the National League for Nursing in education. She lives in Ohio with her husband and son. She enjoys gardening and is a certified Master Gardener and volunteers at a local library in their children’s garden.
INTERESTS
Dr. Fromer’s research interests are concept-based curriculum, caring in the academic setting, and reflection. She is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International and recently served as a House Delegate.
