A native Michigander, Dr. Shelley Webb currently Chairs the Business Division and Doctor of Business Administration in the DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University. She serves as a member of the institution's Multicultural Engagement Council and the Faculty Development Committee.

Before embracing a career in higher education, Shelley Webb worked at Fortune 100 and 500 companies, Square D/Schneider Electric, TRW Automotive, and General Motors Corporation. She held numerous positions, including project management, global manager, supplier development, senior buyer in purchasing, quality control, and logistics.

Dr. Webb's academic journey is a testament to her intellectual prowess. She earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education at Azusa Pacific University, an MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University, and a BS in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University, showcasing her diverse range of knowledge and expertise.

She is married to Kenneth, has two lovely sons, Nathan and Noah, and resides in Mason, Ohio.

Her favorite scripture is II Corinthians 5:7, “For we walk by faith and not by sight.”
