Indiana Wesleyan University welcomes current members of the She Leads IWU 2024-2025 Cohort to an exclusive and empowering summer experience designed specifically for the young women who have participated in the She Leads IWU program throughout the academic year.
This camp offers hands-on, interactive leadership development opportunities, mentorship sessions, and team-building activities. Engage with guest speakers who are leaders in business, entrepreneurship, and ministry as they share insights on leadership, influence, and faith. You will also gain exposure to various leadership styles, explore the intersections of faith and leadership, and develop skills in communication, collaboration, and decision-making. Come and grow, reflect, connect, and have fun!
When you complete the She Leads camp, you will...
This camp experience will serve as the culminating event for the 2024-2025 She Leads Cohort, marking the close of an incredible year of growth and leadership development. During the camp, we will celebrate the achievements of these remarkable young women by presenting awards that honor their dedication, leadership, and commitment to impacting culture. As we send them out, they will be empowered to influence and lead with courage, conviction, and faith in their communities and beyond.
Total Registration Cost: $***
Cost includes resident hall lodging, three meals a day, snacks, and all major aspects of the camp. Our dining hall has many options for those with food allergies. However, we encourage you to bring appropriate snacks since not all snack options will meet all dietary needs.
Note: The $*** non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration. No student will be considered registered until they have submitted this fee. Balance of tuition and fees are due by May 31, 2025. Any registrations after June 1, 2025 will incur an additional $*** late registration fee.
Dr. Jen Bennett is a passionate educator with over two decades of experience. She currently holds the Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Endowed Faculty in Business Entrepreneurship role at Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU), where she has the privilege and opportunity to build, teach, lead, and empower the next generation of leaders who can make a significant impact in the marketplace.
Jen’s mission is to cultivate entrepreneurial leaders who create immense social and economic impact. She leverages her Ed.D in Curriculum Development/Instructional Leadership, her certificate in Entrepreneurship, and her coaching and teaching certifications to design and deliver engaging and relevant learning experiences for her students. She also fosters strategic partnerships between IWU and local entrepreneurs, businesses, and non-profits, bridging the gap between academia and real-world entrepreneurship.
Beyond academia, Jen has been recognized as one of the "61 Women in Digital You Should Be Following" and selected as one of 55 social media influencers to attend #NASASocial for the Falcon Heavy Rocket Launch. She’s also authored the book, "#BeWorthFollowing," and is the host of the She Impacts Culture Podcast.
Jen’s passion lies in building, teaching, leadership, and fostering success in others. She equips college students to positively impact their communities through entrepreneurship, providing them with the practical skills they need to thrive in the vocations they've been called to.
