From Charlie...

Hello! My name is Charlie Young, and I am super excited to be serving as your Admissions Counselor. I am originally from Grand Haven, Michigan, born and raised! I began college at Eastern Michigan University before I transferred to IWU (Indiana Wesleyan University) in 2020. I then graduated from IWU in December of 2022, with honors and a degree in Sport Management. I was also a member of the Track & Field team here at IWU for three years.

I hope this exciting chapter of your life will be filled with many blessings and joy. I am honored to walk alongside you on this journey through the admissions process! Please contact me if you have any questions. I’d love to serve you in any way possible!!

A Bit About Charlie

The Christ centered community, I was able to grow my faith in every area, and there are countless resources to help along the way. The community values are not something that are just advertised, you will quickly find staff and students are passionately pursuing Christ on and off campus.
I always enjoyed doing anything active and hanging out with friends all throughout campus.

It is an incredible opportunity to walk with students during a very important time of their life and be a support system to them and their families.

The community cares for one another. The faculty and staff pour into their students and want to see them succeed in and out of the classroom. The student body is passionate about what they do and always willing to help each other out.
Tony Dungy... I always strive to lead and be a servant to my peers and those around me. Tony’s humility and authentic personality really stand out.
I enjoy running, but in all honesty anything active interests me! I also enjoy the beach and just relaxing with friends and family!
Use the countless resources out there for you! Have an open mindset and don’t shy away from doing new things. This is a great time in your life to begin exploring new opportunities!
