IWU’s Associate of Science in Aviation Operations provides the certification and education to build a successful career in the high labor demand market of aviation through online and hands-on training. The program supports growth in required technology education with opportunities to practice excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This degree program provides an FAA Dispatcher Certification, opening the door to a job in the aerospace industry. This non-pilot program qualifies for several career opportunities in flight planning and dispatching airline flights. $65,000-$80,000
Applicable flight fees for resources and services will be assessed throughout the program. These range from $65,000 to $80,000 depending on the career goals and selected flight partner. Flight fees typically need to be covered through private loans or personal sources.
Tuition and fees for prerequisites and required elective courses are in addition to the charges shown on the program cost sheet. Your tuition rate will remain the same as long as you remain continuously enrolled in the same program. Flight training is a high-demand field but the career path is expensive and inflexible. Individuals find these barriers difficult to overcome. As a result, dreams are unmet or delayed. We believe that an aviation career is possible, so we have created a program that offers local, flexible flight training that prepares future pilots.
