What will I Learn in this Executive Master of Business Administration Program?

Students will engage in interactive experiences focused on real world application—including creating their own Bespoke case study and developing a strategy for growing revenue. Students will gain practical expertise in leading change initiatives, enhancing organizational agility, and applying data-drive strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. They will also master influence-based leadership, organizational change, global entrepreneurship, network development, and strategic revenue growth through innovation. Participants will grow within an immersive, global learning environment and will engage with global Christian business leaders within a weeklong intensive at Oxford University through the Entrepreneurial Leaders Organization. The Oxford experience costs (including air fare, lodging, excursions, and content) are embedded within the total price.

Program Requirements
  • A baccalaureate or graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by both the U.S. Department of Education (ED) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) verified on original transcripts sent by the institution directly to Indiana Wesleyan University.
  • An undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher from the baccalaureate degree granting institution at which at least a minimum of 30 hours was completed. If an applicant's GPA is below 2.5, the student may be admitted on a probationary basis, as established by the guidelines of the DeVoe School of Business, Technology, & Leadership.
  • Submission of a resume that documents a minimum of five years executive leadership experience in roles such as Director, Executive Director, or C-Suite positions. Experience can be performed in a variety of institutions and organizations including (but not limited to): business, non-profit, civic, educational, medical, religious or government.

To graduate, students must have completed all of the following:

  • All credits required in the curriculum sequence with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and a minimum grade of “C” in each course. A grade of "C-" or below will require the course to be repeated.
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 in all IWU graduate work.
  • Payment of all tuition and fees is required to receive a diploma.
